The final trip home was a good fun drive, which was slightly driven by caffeine. We ventured from Broken Hill, through Cobar, Orange, an overnight stay there at Duntryleague, dinner at LolliRedini, and then back home the following day after a short 9 hole game of golf =). The drive included a number of hit and run on animals unfortunately. They all looked pretty fresh, so I’m assuming the killer was a couple hours in front of me. There were several stops to get these guys off the road as well.
The funnest stop was of course to capture some baby emus. So cute and adorable. There are several photos, of which, tell a short story of a mum protecting the kids and then sending them on their way through the fence, before catching up with them.
