This home, located in the Inner West, included restoration work at the front of the original dwelling and a significant addition at the rear separated by a courtyard. A pool was added in the rear yard and a double garage with a secondary dwelling above to the rear lane.
Morning sun shines into the kitchen from the courtyard. Generous north and west windows keep the living room bright throughout the day while high level louvre windows allowing cross flow ventilation even when the sliding doors are closed. A generous alfresco terrace overlooks the pool. The new bedrooms are enhanced by the raked ceilings and glazed gables.
