Dual occupancy developments can take a number of forms depending on the site size and locality.
Three examples of our work are given below with a special feature of each noted:
Dual Occupancy 1: Ku-ring-gai Shire
This design makes the most of the advantage of a corner site with each dwelling having a different car and pedestrian entry orientation.
Dual Occupancy 2: North Bondi
Located on a smaller site with the frontage to the north the design incorporates clerestory windows to ensure that every one of the eight bedrooms (two x 4 bedrooms each) enjoys north sun access.
The energy rating of these dwellings is about 7 stars.
Dual Occupancy 3: Northern suburbs
Located on a generous site which was able to be torrens title subdivided, each of the two dwellings incorporates a secondary dwelling potential designed into the plan, complete with separate entries which were included in the original construction.
