Ok, so the news of the new MacBook Pro’s was announced on Tuesday. I’ve basically had my order put through about a month ago for a MacBook Pro. Apple had been out of stock and wasn’t pushing through any more MBP’s. So had been in contact with the guy at the Apple store. I was told he had a strong hint that something was to be announced come Tuesday. Waited and waited and it was announced!
Contacted him again regarding the ETA on them in Australia, and he told me around 4 business days until they arrive. So in which case, it would be next tuesday.
Today, I received a call from stores, telling me there is something to pick up!! Ran downstairs to see my new baby! Came back to my office, and back to an email from the guy at the Apple store. He lets me know that they had received 30 MBP 2.4Ghz in Australia and one of them was sent PRIORITY to me!
Well I cant see how today cant be a top day! I havn’t opened it yet, waiting to get some more of my project done first so to “reward” myself. I shall post more about it during the long weekend!
